The Olympic White finish is visually striking, and the overall craftsmanship is commendable, with a comfortable neck that many find enjoyable to play. Many users have noted the guitar’s versatility, making it suitable for a range of genres, from classic rock to more modern styles.

While it may not rival higher-end Fender models, the Squier Affinity holds its own remarkably well. The stock pickups deliver a satisfying sound, though some players recommend upgrading to Tex-Mex or other higher-quality pickups for an even better tone. Adjustments to the setup, such as lowering the action and fine-tuning the neck relief, can significantly enhance playability, making it a solid choice for beginners and experienced players alike.

Despite a few minor cosmetic imperfections and the occasional need for fretwork, the guitar’s performance and sound quality are impressive. Many users appreciate its lightweight design and the smooth satin finish on the neck, which adds to the overall playing experience. Although the tuners may not be of the highest quality, they generally hold tuning well enough for most players.

In conclusion, the Squier Affinity Strat MN OW is highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable, affordable guitar that offers great value for money. Its combination of aesthetics, sound, and playability makes it a fantastic entry point into the world of electric guitars.
